We cannot clean properties with active infestations (bed bugs, cockroaches, mice, etc.) or deal with pest droppings or mould. These situations require specialized pest control services. 

2) High Places: 

Our cleaners cannot use ladders higher than three steps for safety reasons. 

3) Biohazards: 

Our services do not include cleaning bodily fluids from pets or humans or handling radioactive or biological hazards. These require specialized cleaning protocols. 

4) Out of Bounds: 

We don't clean attics, exteriors of properties (including garages), or walls beyond spot cleaning. 

5) Surface Protection: 

Our cleaners are trained to use appropriate cleaning methods to avoid surface damage. If we encounter a surface requiring special care, we'll let you know so we can discuss it further. 

6) Heavy Lifting: 

Our team cannot lift or move objects exceeding 20 lbs. due to safety concerns. 

7) Unsafe Environments: 

The safety of our cleaners is paramount. We cannot clean properties without basic utilities (water, electricity, heat/air conditioning) or in unsafe conditions. 

8) Exterior Maintenance: 

We specialize in interior cleaning. Unfortunately, our services do not extend to the exterior of your home. 

9) Hoarding Situations: 

We are unable to clean homes with excessive clutter or belonging to hoarders. These situations often require professional assistance beyond basic cleaning.

8) Disrespectful Clients: 

We value a professional and respectful working environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who are disrespectful, rude, aggressive, or violate our cleaning agreement.
